Kirstin Smith: Confessions of an Unhappy Housewife

Kirstin set aside her own ambitions of earning her PhD and the track she was on with her career in order to become a stay-at-home mom. Ultimately this led Kirstin on a downward spiral into depression and resentment towards her life and her husband. Through the confessions of an unhappy housewife, Kirstin was able to rewrite the bullshit stories she had been telling herself and turn her unhappy marriage back into a thriving life filled with joy and purpose.

She now coaches’ women nationwide to achieve their health and fitness goals and work toward creating a life they love.

As a busy entrepreneur, wife, and mom to four young kids, she understands the struggles that many women face when it comes to prioritizing their own needs.

Kirstin's open and honest approach allows her to target the mindset traps that keep many women stuck in cyclical weight loss/gain patterns, yo-yo dieting, and food- related anxiety. Her experience as a gym owner, nutritionist, and mother has led her to develop a holistic coaching method that emphasizes long-term, sustainable change, both in body and spirit.
